The ex-boyfriend of Camila Castells, who had been pregnant for eight months, had entered her home in Mariano Acosta, a suburb of Buenos Aires, the authorities said. Castells was hit dangerously on the back. Yet she still gave birth to her son. The child weighs 2600 grams and was born prematurely in the 34th or 35th week of gestation, said the head of the treating hospital to the transmitter TN. The boy was "thank goodness in a very good state of health".
